Can’t take a photo obviously.I used to work for happy tel.I got my phone fixed from the whitfords store . Yes . They did a good job , yet my phone fell onto carpet from 30cm this afternoon and even though it cost me $314 apparently they won’t help and basically said it’s my fault ….sorry but been a very dodgy “fix up” this cost me$314 bucks .I am NOT HAPPY, even being an employee i thought you would help:And you didn’t .Thanks

I purchased a wireless phone charger/alarm clock from a lady at this store a while ago now and when I got it home to test it out, it didn't work.I took it back and spoke to the same lady that sold it to me and advised her that it didn't work and asked for either an exchange or a refund. The lady flatly told me no refund and no exchange". I advised her that under consumer law

The workers are extremely friendly and accomodating. We went in with my broken phone which was frozen, and the worker offered to transfer the data over to my new phone. He did it for free because we were valuable customers, I recommend this store to everyone!
