Had to get a new phone cover put on my wife's Iphone, happen to come across this store. Well, what great service. The lady behind the counter was very professional, did a great job applying the screen cover. I asked about another item in the store, super helpful and knowledgeable. Reasonable price.

The lady was super helpful and friendly , she helped me get a really good discount for my iPhone repair. The quality of the fix was like having a brand new phone. Highly recommend.

I’d give no stars if possible. We got a glass screen protector put on my son’s phone and there was a big bubble underneath. We asked to have it removed and the lady tried but couldn’t get it to shift, blaming it on a scratch on the screen. Which would’ve made sense except it had a screen protector on it before I got the new one on and no bubbles. As I questioned this another lady came over and ripped the protector off, slammed my son’s phone on the counter and said “no protector on there now, you can take your phone”. I hate conflict and felt really uncomfortable in the whole situation but his phone was unusable with the bubble. We walked a bit further on and came to PTC, they put a screen protector with no bubbles, no problem. And a very friendly, helpful lady served us. I give PTC five stars

Went to get my phone fixed, just my screen was cracked nothing else. Then had nothing but problems since, went to get it fixed and they kept messing me around. Definitely scammed me with a fake phone screen

Went there and was told “they don’t sell the phone cases there” I said are you sure we got it under warranty and receipt want enough…. The guy then slapped his hand into my phone and rudely yelling at me and telling me to calm down… never ever will I spend any time or money there! Absolutely disgusting behaviour by an older employee No name badge.

Worst service ever and will never go back there again very poor customer service went there to change screens protector as she was about to replace I told her that I will claim it through the insurance I bought here showed the receipt and she instantly said that she doesn’t have screen protector oh come on mate don’t joke

Min was extremely helpful. The first screen replacement was not compatible. By this time it was almost close. I said that I would come back tomorrow due to the late time but she insisted we try a different model, going well past the store’s closing time. I definitely do not expect this level of service, but it was so lovely to receive it. Thank you, Min.
