Happytel Mandurah

I had smashed the screen of my iPad and my experience with HappyTel was a bit of a disaster from initial phone call where I was told I didn’t need to book and just turn up on a certain day, through to my now dysfunctional iPad. Turned up on the said day and a very arrogant young woman told me it couldn’t be done because I needed to book. I pushed back explaining that wasn’t what I had been instructed. She huffed and then agreed that they could do the repair but spent a long time explaining there was no recourse from the repair work. Picked up my iPad later that day and the new screen was fine but now I’m lucky if I get 2 hours out of my battery. I have since been clued up that this is common practice to get you to come back to have further repairs. Lesson learned, and I’ll avoid in future.

So happy with the service ! Had my camera lense fixed and new screen protector and didn’t cost as much as I thought. Lovely blokes working there, very professional and friendly. Thanks heaps!
