I can't recommend Bruce highly enough, customer service was excellent, service was fast and the knowledge shared was invaluable- and really reasonably priced. I've had two excellent experiences with PhoneRoom, for both an iPhone repair and MacBook Pro repair. Bruce found the root of the problem quickly (it was a tiny resistor that caused the full meltdown). I'm genuinely glad we have service like this in Albany. 5 stars

I managed to shatter my iPhone Plus screen and was recommended to go here as they use genuine refurbished apple parts.The repair wasn’t cheap, but the work was impeccable, it was less expensive than sending it to the approved Apple repairer out of warranty.My phone looks like new and the touchscreen is working perfectly.I’m really impressed with the quality of this repair and I will return to this store if I break my phone yet again.

My iphone was damaged due to sea water and I went to the Phone Room for help. The gentleman there was very helpful and provided valuable information about what was damaged inside the phone. Although there was no solution to fix the phone he was able to back up all of my data and was very knowledgeable to provide me with the best information he could.

I dropped my Macbook Pro into Bruce after water damage rendered it unable to start, and it looked terminal. It was booked in with ease, and the job was completed and I was notified on same day, well before 5pm. My laptop was completely fixed, and also cleaned internally and had a few sticky keys attended to at the same time. The job took micro soldering and after all that plus the extra care, the price was amazing value. Very polite, helpful service and would 100% recommend and use again. THANKYOU!!
