Two weeks to get a replacement phone battery. Another phone merchant in the same shopping centre had the battery available in two days !! Go figure?

These guys are amazing. Every time I have come here they have gone above and beyond in their service. Each person I have dealt with has been an absolute pleasure to speak with. They have helped me out time after time with my phone on advice and great pricing. Would recommend to anyone looking for phone repairs or phone accessories.

Why I gave happytel five stars my phone be not working and the phone was frozen with critical alert I could not power my phone to reset. It was so scary and I decided why not go to happyel they would try fix my phone they did and they did not even charge me money for it I was so happy

To Joondalup and all the Team.I was unable to leave a google review due to having virus protection on my device. I highly recommend Happytel at Lakeside, Joondalup. The staff are friendly and no task is too much. We have been going to Happytel for years now at Lakeside Shopping Centre. Our favourite person is Titan. He is a true professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He always has a smile. We have a number of devices in our household and have purchased chargers, phone cases, glass protectors etc. Recently, I could not charge my mobile and, on the investigation, Titan was able to get the fluff and dirt out of my mobile charging point. Very refreshing in this day and age to find a team who are so obliging, especially Titan. As a household, we are one happy family. I needed my phone screen replaced, the staff were so helpful, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They fixed my phone while I went and had lunch. Very happy, thank you!

Bought myself a new phone case today and staff were super helpful!! Not only was it cheap but i was able to pick it up after my shift had finished which was great! I remember coming here before and they were also great then too. Think this is going to be my new go-to. Thankyou!!

Azad ( hope I got the name right ) checked my phone out for a speaker issue found it was just dirty and didn’t even charge me!Was very informative on what needed to be done and costs if I wanted to get it better then what he had done.5 stars for customer service !!
