Nothing but customer centre, when I called advised that repair would be about 4 days but when I went in they then said that they had only one senior service technician for the whole area and it would take in excess of 2 weeks to repair damaged charger port. Sales person unhelpful.

The service was great and my phone has never looked so clean. It took them only less than an hour and Miyoung was fantastic and very helpful. Would recommend Happy Tel Rockingham to others. :) I never reviewed this! (They hacked my account and used my profile! Stay away from these stingy people! Seeking reviews!)

Had my phone screen and back lense cover replaced yesterday by Eric the senior technician. Happy with the outcome. But phone was still blurry when taking pictures because SOMEONE FORGOT TO MENTION THE CAMERA ITSELF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AS WELL. Due to this negligence of advising customer, I basically wasted $100 replacing the lense cover because it wont work anyway. Im an easy going customer, not agro at all and doesnt mind paying if the service is right. Thanks very much.

the leading technician was extremely skilled fixed my screen and straightened out my phone after i ran over with a forklift lol i would recommend seeing him to fix your phone and needs thanks again and seeya you soon if i ever need fixing again also ladies were very nice and helpful also fast fix
